The client : Our Client is a innovative software solutions devloper who developing cutting edge technology in Mobile communications and messaging systems.

Challenge : Our Client wanted to bring the communication technology to next level where voice, data and video congregate together and provide limitless acceccbility to the information.

The requirement mandated us to use agile development model to design to implement the solution with flexibility to adapt new technologies, scalable architecture supporting compatibility with most commercial RDBMS and cross platform compliance such as .Net, Symbian and Linux. Provide the VXML portal to access the information via mobile or regular landline phones. A limited budget and aggressive time to market added to our challenge of creating an efficient quality assured product.

Solution : To cater to the needs of our client, Deemsoft has proposed a technically superior solution using SOAP-XML architecture on .Net platform while offering cost benefits with our enterprise business outsourcing model.

Development Process and Result : The project was broken into distinct and hierarchal functional areas.
